My career is going to be Gaming/Stimulation Program, What jobs is open in that field??

I am planning to go Devry University and the field I really enjoyed was Gaming/Stimulation Programing but Ineed finacial help, My father (who is divorced and live 2 hr away) told me that he wont pay for it because the feild is too small. I know he is wrong (he doesn't use much computers, more like old fashion)

I know there is job in militay stimulation, Piliot traing stimulation, ofc gaming, doctor stimulation so they can practice without using a body.

But one problem I couldnt find the places on the website that prove the job is there

Actually you Dad is correct. Not because the field is small, but because the field is big and everybody wants to get into it.

Gaming companies are notorious for bad pay and overwork. They no that there are a ton of people who will want to work there and are willing to do it for less than the next guy.

The military simulation route will be less exciting (the technology isn't as cutting edge) but the pay will be better and the job will be less stressful. However, a Devry degree won't cut it there if you want to develop. You can probably get a test position though.
