I left friends, family for a new job. After 2 months I can't handle the boss and the city. Suck it up or go?

I really thought this was a smart move, now I don't like the city I am in, the boss is a helluva micromanager, the money is good but it feels like is not worth it. Where I was before I made less money, but I was happy as heck. Only 2 months in this job I am already wanting to pack and leave, but it would not be practical. Suck it up or pack and go?

I don't think you've given yourself enough time to adjust, and anxiety at a new job is normal, you're still learning the ropes so to speak. I get the impression that you are totally qualified for the job, so hang in there.
For me i would don't mind of him, suck up and focus on the money, because money is the most important thing!
Look for another job where you are.
You've got to do what makes YOU happy. Remember, though, jobs will come and go all the way through your life. But family, and friends will remain constant. A job is only a job. Sometimes it's better to have a job with lower pay and be near family and friends where you are happy than to have a high paying job without being happy.
I'd say if it's not practical to leave, try to see if it's easier to bring change to your work. Talk to your boss or even your HR.

Since you do have the option to pack and leave, it puts you in a good position to openly speak about the problems at your work to people who are more inclined to listen.

It's possible you don't like the city because it connects with you not liking your job. Play out some alternative scenarios in your mind, if you liked your job, would the city be fine?

If it's no all the way, pack up and leave. Money can be made in many ways, time is lost for ever. If it's worth it to you give it a shot and try to fix it.
i vote leave -- life is too short to be stuck in a job you do not enjoy doing.
I think if you are not happy in your job you are not happy in life. Yes the money may be good but whats the point if you not happy to spend it. I would go back to your original place and find yourself another job.
