Anyone know of a good online Resume builder?

Hotjobs has a good builder with formatting options. Don't just leave it there though because that's what the other hundred candidates will do. Pull it into a word processor and play with the data presentation and keep experimenting until you get some good response from potential employers.

Well, this isn't online but... Microsoft Publisher is pretty good for that sort of thing.
Monster.com is the best. You can build your resume online, and search/apply for jobs
The most unique and successful resumes have always been ones I did by hand in MS WORD, That is the time you don't want to look like the rest. Take examples from all kinds of samples and come up with design and lay out you like.

Use 3 font sizes, Heading, Subtitles, Definitions, (Bold these)

Use italic to highlight where you want the eyes to skim as if someone in 5 seconds was going to decide to keep you or toss you away. That means only key short points, highlighting by italic within body of text.

Be careful with objective section. This can disqualify you. Replace it with Career Highlights, Effective Technical support engineer with strong customer focus and multitasking abilities.
