Today i've an interview for the post of computer optr. what is thejob profile involved for a comp optr at bpo? |
they are seeking graduates with knowledge of ms excel. which type of questions should i except in this excel. is it equations? functions? what is going there at BPO. can anybody help me? what do they doing with this excel at BPO? Well as far as my know-how, BPO and call-centres are almost one thing.And what they need is basic computer knowledge & 12th pass student.Ms-excel is just one part of basics which includes all MS-office programmes, windows OS, etc. What more imp. I think is to have a good command on english + communication skills + ready to work at late hours. Also, speaking frankly, that call centres don't like student doing tuff technical or managment courses.(like B.Tech & MBA), bcoz this is there experience, that these types of candidates often leave there jobs after doing it for 2-3 months i.e. in short for there pocket money. Also, there r many institutes which give 2-3 months training for call centre jobs.They will help u in assuring a job at call-centre. If u r satisfied then please vote my answer.
