Companies where employer don't ask for any further details to hire a candidate?

I would like to know the places where companies don't ask anything to hire someone, except work related questions

No company should ask you anything other than work related questions to hire you, unless they require a security clearance. Any question you feel is "too personal" you can decline to answer. If there are too many such questions, report the company for unfair hiring practices.

This of course assumes you're looking for jobs in the USA.
I don't think there is a list of companies entitled, "Companies That Ask Only Work-Related Questions When Hiring."

So what is it that you're concerned about, specifically?
