When applying 4 a jobs which is best apply on line or apply in person? depends on the employer. If you find the job listing on line, you should probably apply on line in person always in person, it looks so much better and shows confidence!!!! In person. That way your potential employer can see if you are clean, sociable, polite, and they get a general idea on your appearance. Also, if they have any questions they can ask firsthand. Depends on your time schedule. If you're out and about anyway, then sure. The Internet is definitely easiest. Usually an interview does not follow completing an application anyway unless you were asked to come in. I've no more successful with either. But I am more likely to find time VIA Internet than shuffling though applications Remember, we are moving towards a paperless business society anyway. Besides, if they are concerned about the way you look, write or speak, you probably don't want the job anyway. Now a days maximum companies offering through by online applying only, so it is better to follow their request, and it will gives you so much easy way to apply a job. i would apply in person...if they dont have applications at that time then go to the site PRINT the application fill it out and give it to the employer personally Initially online then call to see if they received your resume and you will get good responeses that way until you get off your lazy but and hit the streets.
