I got an opportunity in IBM - Bangalore. How is the work culture? How is pay and onsite chances? Please suggest.
IBM has an excellent work culture.
I have friends there in both BPO and IT sections. They are employee frindly and you can join the company with eyes closed coz the brand is widely accepted globally.
not a bad thing, so long as you don't get killed by crazed gihad muslims, or beheaded by some hindu for eating a sacred burger, or if the tigers don't eat you, or the cobras don't crawl in bed with you and kiss you goodnight.
