What jobs can i get with a communications degree concentration in media mangement and a business admin degree?

I find it hard to believe that you did not think enough ahead to know what kind of jobs would be available to you after getting a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Media Management. You really had no goal in mind???
Talk to your teachers who taught you in college, and ask them what you are qualified to do.
