my bose is harrasing me & my work is very perfect. what to do i can not tolrate now. my salary is good & to got new job is some difficult. my bose have good relation with top most perosn. so his boses can also not help me. what to do The first thing you have to do is to be assertive and not abusive. If your organization has a policy of setting annual work objectives, targets etc you should discuss and agree on that with your boss and work on that basis. If he is a task master and uses unwanted pressure tactics, you should approach his superior or superiors superior. If you are still not happy, please look for a change in job.
