What is the qualification for being a IKEA designer?

i had a professional certificate in character animation (maya). it seems like it has nothing to do with designing. do i have the qualification for being a IKEA designer? or what are the qualification?

Character animation? Nope, I guess not. That has more to do with computer graphics and design.

IKEA - Interior designing.

I would imagine an engineering and design degree from a university. As well as some artistic ability. I would imagine an engineering degree of some kind would be appropriate, after all I'm sure they have some Ph.D's working for them.
Being dropped on the head as a child probably helps.

It also helps to have no style, and absolutely no taste!
