Mainly in computer networking systems/ help desk. Thanks!
"Requirements" are often based on the employer. Some organizations will hire a new student right out of school and put them through the training classes. A great start is to get your A+ certification. You can also look into higher level certifications such as your MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional). Certifications show organizations that you are serious about your career path. Many argue that traditional certifications are no longer necessary. I tend to disagree and feel it is very important to stay up to date on training and certifications.
If you are brand new to the industry, try taking a look at some of the big IT staffing firms in the US. They often have entry-level positions that you may not be able to find on your own. Try TEKsystems, Apex Systems, or Comsys.
