I Interviewed for an IT Executive Search Recruiting Position (20k base + 30% commision) Is this Fair ??

It is an executive IT search firm in Chicagoland area. Small But Growing Company. I interviewed with them and thats what they offered, What Do You Think?

It is fair but this is a sales position and you have to find your own people. So if you think you know a lot of people and can recruit them with their experiences then yeah go for it.The more people you hire the more money you will make. Basically it's going to be entirely up to you of how high you are going to make that paycheck. It's a good start to get the experience and then transfer to a different company with more base salary. Good Luck!
