Salary range for 2-3 years work experience?


I am planning to apply in the US for work opportunities as an IT Developer. I have at least 2 years working experience here in the Philippines. What is the salary range for a developer that has the same working experience as mine? BTW, I also have a B1/B2 visa (Business and Pleasure). Would it be possible to get a sponsorship even if i have that type of visa?
