What is FEM and explain why it is very important for any IT jobs? I have been working in IT since the early 1960's (just over 40 years). I have never heard of the initials FEM before today, so there is something wrong with your premise. I took a cursory search engine search & found FEM used for different acronyms in esoteric methods of mathematics, engineering, federal emergemcy management, computer modeling. Are you referring to Finite Element Modeling? I can only conclude that you are involved in a nitch that is not representative of the entire field of IT job functions. |
