I know in Oracle consulting technical the levels are IC3=Pr Consultant, IC4 = Sr Pr Consultant etc.. I am looking similar levels for Project Management employees...
The coding scheme you've mentioned is company specific. Not every hiring companies will use the same language. So if you put IC4 Orcale Consultant on your CV, many hiring managers wouldn't recognize the information you are trying to communicated. It is best that you just put down it really means.
Same for functional consultants and project management. Number of years of experience and descriptive job title will communicate better than some coding scheme. Unless you have achieved specific professional certification (i.e. PMP), then it is important to include.
Best wishes. |
