Is there any demand for people having sixsigma black belt or process improvement certifications?
I don't know about a demand but a lot of companies are looking for it. My husband is a black belt. He worked for many years in Electronics manufacturing. When his site closed down he actually found a job that was for a company that is not Electronics. I think having a Black Belt helped him to move out of his field because the Six Sigma principles could be applied in any manufacturing business. I think a lot more companies are training their employees in Six Sigma themselves instead of hiring people. There is money in becoming a master black belt and doing training. Hello,, of course there is , quality is something most workplaces strive for and having these titles will ensure a good future for you , just don't fall in the trap of signing off on issues just to make deadlines, or lying to impress someone, this is very common at TFX and that's why they move their production around to cover up all the lies they have been spreading to consumers over the last few decades.Blame the people who make the parts and not the lying management who will not take responsibility for their incompetence.
