What Job Could I Get? |
Im Really Into the computer and not just playing video games and stuff but like video editing and i just recently upgrated my computer from windows xp to windows vista and stuff and im into that kinda thing and like web site design... so what sort of jobs are there that i might want to get into? ps please describe what the job is... Look in your local classified ads. You obviously like tinkering and it seems that you have a nack for it. You could look under electronics to technical help. Since you did not state your age or degree (if any) you could apply to local Best Buys, Compuserves, type of stores and state your case. Say (when degree is lacking) that you eventually would like to further your education but at the moment it is not feasible and you need the work experience. You are willing to learn. Then tell them what you know. The Best Buy where I had my laptop checked out first, the manager of the geek squad said he got his experience by tinkering. Just like the computer shop where I took my computer and had to plunk down $100. If you want to get more technical and training, keep a watch for Job fairs where firms like General Dyamics, government contractors are willing to train people who show that they have an ability in electronic repair. Just have to do your research. He who seeks finds Source(s): Luke 11:9 & Matt 7:7 : Seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you. web design and programming may be an option. look into taking some classes nd you will find your nitch, good luck www.smartmoneyclick.com if u have the skill for web design go for it i From what you have said, it sounds to me like you don't have much of experience in the computer/web field. I think the best would be to get any kind of a job in this field so you can gain experience. You can also learn a lot of things by yourself. As for a specific job, you can try getting a job at a computer repair place such as Geek Squad or a Web design firm. Best of luck to you~ visit a local community college and talk to a counselor. |
