Wat Should do to satisfy myself............? |
I did my Diploma in computer Sci and Pursuing PG.DBM and have 6 years Experience in Sales N MArketing (Non IT). I hav worked for Ltd N MNC companies at managerial position. I have got big offers in sales with CTC 5Lac/Annum. But Recently I hav taken up Software Testing job as Trainee QA Engr. as I wanted to make my career in IT . I am getting paid less than wat I use to draw in my earlier job hardly 1.8 LAc / Annum. I am married n hav a kid with lots of responsibilities all the way. Please suggest me wat I shall do .......? shall I continue this JOb or I should switch to the big offer it's really what do youw ant! do the job you want you will be spending most your time! IT is great! - some times you get flex hours! offers are hard to turn down so write out the pros and cons for each one drive time hours pay human intraction data entry responsiblities what perks do they offer can you walk into paid vacation time? do you have an expencse account? what one will be more family friendly ( if something comes up and you need to be with your kid) will you be pentialized? weigh these out and do what you feel will be best for the situation you live! or do what i want you do and take the job that pays more! |
