What is the best way to recruit and staff for IT positions? We are having a challenging time searching for the "right" candidates and do not believe in using staffing firms? Any ideas or groups would be helpful, but finding IT candidates with Mercury QTP experience is our biggest challenge. St. Louis references would be helpful as well. Thanks for your help!
Have you tried posting jobs with a university in the area that may have an IT program? College boards, career centers have been working better for us than using the more common methods of recruiting. And best of all most colleges do not charge you a fee to post jobs. |
