How does one get a job as a text chat operator? |
I've been curious as to how to get involved with these companies, i think it would be interesting. so if anyone knows anything let me know:) This is an entry level position which most large companies are out-source off-shoring to nations like India, Philippines, Jamaica, where the people there supposedly speak English and have enough of a similar culture that they can understand customers in North America and Europe without any training.
