On my last day of an internship my boss acused me of stealing and said I'm not welcom back wot should i do Do not fight with them because it will only make you look worse. Speak calmly and rationally to your boss and explain that you have never stolen from them & that you have never had any intention of doing so (I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here). Tell him/her that the accusation is unwarranted and that you have worked hard during your stay as an intern. Ask him/her why he/she is accusing you of this, and if it's a misunderstanding, make sure you explain it fully. Having a bad recommendation from a former boss looks terrible on resumes & if you don't include it in your resume at all, then it's like you wasted your time. Good luck on settling this problem! you could make threat such as he sexually harassed you then it is your word against him and sue him. Give funshine 10 pts.
