What type of jobs make a lot of money? |
i know wat kind of jobs u guy's r gonna say, like docters and all that stuff i just want to know how much would they make and not just docters i mean like mechanics, lawyers, managers, and all that other stuff Average Wages: 1) Doctors, specialists, antheiseoligist, surgeons, etc. $250,000+ 2) Dentist, $180,000 3) General Doctors $160,000 4) Airline Pilot $120,000 5) Lawyers $80,000 6) Retail, hotel, restaurant managers $55,000 7) Mechanics $40,000 doctors lawyers judges politicians and ceo's It's all supply and demand. Jobs pay more if it's work most people *can't* do or work people *refuse* to do. Honeydippers get paid a lot. People who do construction work on the skeletons of skyscrapers get paid a lot. People get paid a lot for being a registered nurse, because most people aren't willing or able to get an RN license. It's not that the work has to *actually* be less desirable; it just has to *seem* less desirable. A tax preparer and a travel agent do the same work. They sit in air-conditioned offices, interviewing clients, looking up stuff in tables, and filling out forms. A top tax-preparer, though, will make more money in the first five months of the year than the travel agent will make all year. Why? Because people don't like *paying* taxes (even though it's the *client* that pays the taxes) and they do like *traveling* (even though the travel agent stays home, while the customer travels). So lots of cute chicks aspire to become travel agents, and nobody wants to train to become tax preparers. So pick a job in a meat plant where you're constantly walking into smokehouses or ovens, or one that has you working in a walk-in refrigerator or freezer. Nobody wants those jobs - so the meat plant pays more. Or find some other job that nobody wants to do, that you don't find particularly unpleasant. A seasoned executive recruiter can earn up to 7 figures per year, many earn $100-$300k, and an entry level recruiter shouldn't have any problem making $70k their first year. http://www.tfgstaffing.com/exec/executiv... |
