If I had many jobs in college as an electronic technician, will it hurt my chances of becoming an engineer?

No it wont, it would rather give you an edge on things and you can use these jobs to prove that you are patient, work with very sensitive material, concentrate on the job at hand and above all you pay attention to details. It is a good technical experience to have on your resume. Good Luck. You have a big array of jobs in front of you with this kind of backgrounad and an engineering degree.
No, I was originally a electronic tech and and am presently an engineer and I know of many engineers that started out as technicians. It pays well enough to get you through school comfortably
As an employer, I like the fact that an engineer has some experience.
