I think for a person like you who does not know how to write a sentence correctly software engineer is best. For a govt job like IFS,IAS(not IAAS) one need to be lot more intelligent than you are. For a software engineer all that you need is write few lines of code and rest the system takes care of it. But for the jobs you wrote needs more knowledge about the world, expertise in at least three subjects and whole lot more.
