What is the friendliest city in canada?

It's only a town of 25,000 but Grimsby, Ontario is truly a community that lives up to its motto "Friendly by Nature". Both long term and newer townsfolk seem to agree.
Well, it's sure not Toronto ! Ever time I visit my daughter up there, I'm amazed at how cold and unfriendly are the people of that city.
