I am doing my resume and it says backgroung highlight .
What I have to fill in there please help me

I read this in the paper the other day - Keep the acronym S.O.A.R. in mind when composing your highlights: Situation, Obstacle, Achievement, Result.

Example: In 2007 I assisted homeless orphans raise funds to purchase suitable clothing so they could go back to school with confidence.
