What factors drive the best job prospects??


I need help for my Career Exploration Class that i am in right now

Education, training, skills and experience are keys to job prospects.

Besides know how to do the job, knowing how to deal with people is usually a requirement as well. Few people work in situations where they job performance does not involve dealing with people.

Supply and demand affect job prospects. There are a number of jobs which attract large number of people and often the number of people who want to do the work excess the number of jobs available.

Lastly, I say geographics can play an important part in job prospects. People who are willing to relocate tend to have better prospects than those who love where they live.
