Is it impossible to find a decent graduate job abroad by applying online??

I am literally exhausted having sent more than 200 emails, filling so many online application forms for graduate programs etc.. I am an Indian Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 3 month internship in Supply Chain/Operations in a multinational company in Saudi Arabia, however i want to work in a different country.. i have applied in almost every famous firm's website, scouted most jobsites and now am seriously irritated at the system which cannot recognise talent.

I dont know why companies dont even care to send an acknowledgement email. I doubt its cos my resume/application is poor. I have a 3.5gpa for engineering and 95percent in school (10th and 12th grade) and i have excellent communication skills and computer literacy. hmm, filling this feels like filling one of those job applications..

I now feel like a fool for having left opportunities back at home(India) and having come to Saudi Arabia to work.I cannot quit my job unless i find a new one.. Is there no way out???

I have yet to find anyone who has found a job via the internet.
There are 3 levels of working in another country.

1. The top level where you have many years of experience and at least a masters degree. Here they recruit from around the world and the jobs are better than at home.
2. The mid level, where you experience counts for something but not really a lot and the way to get work is to lie about your background, work at a higher level, then return home and lie about your overseas experience and work at yet a higher level.
3. Starter. That is you. There are a number of excellent programs recruiting people like yourself. But they are suspicious of anyone who doesn't stick to a job for at least a year. They have a huge list of applicants, and often don't have enough to even send acknowledgements. Often your only real hope of finding work in another country is to first go there and apply while you are there. Choose countries with good economic development but inadequate education systems (ie China has too many graduates even for their economic growth, but somewhere like Thailand can't get enough engineers).

Make contacts in ex-pat communities who will help you find work.

Good luck.
i share your sentiments.
