Cisco certifications?

Please provide some insight. I have been in Telecom sales for some years struggling to meet quotas . I would like to go into a support role. I have done some T1 turn ups in my past with a carrier, but not really anything that technical, just somewhat of a middle man between the carrier and a tech onsite, coordinating the T1 turnups.

I have gotten my Cisco CCNA certification.
I am thinking about going for the CCNP, but I am not sure if there is a demand for jobs and If I will be able to find work with a CCNA and CCNP in the Dallas area.

Can anybody advise if there will be opportunities for entry level support and what salary can I expect, also, should I include an MCSE in my studies as well.
Thanks for the input.

when you bump up to the CCNP i think you will definitely improve your marketability. Its worth it to go for it. CCNA's = dime a dozen anymore. You shouldn't have too much of a problem finding a job that needs the skillset of a CCNA or NP, but NP would give you that edge over some of the others. MCSE would come next. I would look to MCSE + Security or Messaging.
