Can anyone suggest a good course of action to become a programmer? what, where and how to study?
Any university has a computer science program that teaches you everything you need to start your career. It is good to get a job doing whatever you can in the field you pursue if at all possible...so look into the university computer lab or staff to see if they need assistance part time with programming while in school.
