Entry-level jobs and Consultants ? please help !!!!!? |
i am looking for a job guys and since i graduated ( last december ) with a major that was put on my head by my parents . i didn't work for 4 months and then i worked at as a customer service rep for 2-3 months and got laid off because of their absence policy . anywy that's not the point .. i need a job and i have a resume ( http://www.geocities.com/dream2dayin3d/j... ) but I don't know if i should apply online or go upload/fax it to Consultants or Consultant Firms ?? keep in mind that i am Looking for Entry level jobs and i have no experience in the field ( engineering , electrical ) No Experience , whatsoever. Should i go with the Consultants ? or Monster/Carrerbuilder etc etc . one a scale frm 1 to 10 ? What kind of job are you looking for? No engineering, I suppose since you sound like you do not like it. Your grades are fine though and your resume looks good as an entry level engineer. Forget consulting, you have no experience that someone will pay you to consult with them for. You are a member of Hudson Valley Malayalee Association? Have you been to Asia? There is a need for engineers in the US to work with manage engineers in Asia. Might be a path but you need to get some experience first or, you may luck into a company that is looking for a go between. If so, look for US companies doing buiness overseas and talk with them. |
