Yes, as far as I'm aware the personal allowance this year is 拢4895, therefore you should have only been taxed on 拢105, at the basic rate of 10%.
To get it back go into your local Inland Revenue Office, explain your situation and they will give you a form to fill in. Return the form with either your P45 (what you get when you leave a job), your P60 (what you get at the end of each tax year summarising tax paid) or relevant pay slips
