you have monthly earning below 96 GBP so emplyee pays: Nil(?) and employer pays (Nil) - so i did'n understand Nil cause I don't understand this english term.

nil means nothing, zip, zero.
I think what you are referring to is NI, it is National Insurance, (in the US refereed to as Social Security). It is basically a tax, by paying NI you and your employer are building up credits so that you will get for example an Old Age Pension (from the State when you are 65) you will also be entitled to Unemployment Pay.
