Question about charging VAT on commercial vehicle sale?

If we are a VAT registered company we reclaim VAT when we buy a commercial vehicle and then charge VAT when we sell it. But if we have bought a van without VAT do we have to charge VAT on the sale or just sell it without VAT?

If you have brought your vehicle with out vat, it sa criminal affence.!!
you have to sell it with vat.
i would vetnure to say that you still have to charge VAT. I'm almost sure of it...
i think you should not charge vat.
