My brother died last month, the guy who shared the house with him took money out of his bank police wont prosec

procecute as my brother told him before he died to PAY HIS BILLS FOR HIM.my brother was unconcious for 1 month and died without recovering,he wont let us into the house to get my brothers belongingsor furniture,i have applied for probate, what else can i do.????

Unless your brothers friend was a signatory to the bank account then it was theft. If he was a signatory then unfortunately nothing you can do. If the police will not prosecute even though it is theft then you can sue for return of the money.
There sounds like there is more to the story...
