I am still waiting for my c.i.s vouchers from last employer for the whole of the previous year.?


left two months ago. whats my position.

1. report them to the inland revenue (HMR&C)
2. when doing your tax return, you dont actually need to send them in with your tax return, so enter the figures, claim tax as being paid, and await your refund, yey
ask them for them in writing,photo copy your letter as proof,if no joy go to a solicitor and let them deal with it. Keep all evidence from the employers incase you need to fight for them
If you have an accountant, give them the contact details, if not, get the tax office that deals with you onto them, they are Rottweilers!
