Am i entitled to housing benefit and council tax benefit if.........?

am i entitled to housing benefit and council tax benefit if i am working only 30 hours per week with partner and 3 children?

it depends on your circumstances

how much do you earn, how old are your children etc, does your partner work etc.

even if you are not entitled to HB or CTB you should be entitled to child tax credits if you are not earning much.

go to your jobcentre and ask them, also try the CAB if you don't get anywhere. you can also visit Tax Credit online and see if you can find out there - there is Working Tax Credit as well so if you are on a low wage you should get some help

hope this helps Source(s): http://www.direct.gov.uk/moneytaxandbene...
talk to your local council or job centre....
I think it depends on you and your partners earnings versus outgoings
i dont think so because you are classes as working full time. is your partner. i would contact your local council and ask for the housing benefits team (who also know about council tax) and the housing team.
my job!
Depends on your official income and whether you pay rent or have a mortgage. Fill in the forms and apply, they do both at the same time now, regardless of how hard it is you might be missing out on hundreds per week, (depending on circumstances)
