VAT is baby clothing 0 rated?


As a few suppliers charge vat but others class o rated as they are baby clothes?? If I import from america will I have to pay VAT on baby clothes then? If it is zero rated what age of children do you pay vat? can i charge vat on baby clothes I sell?

No you cannot charge Vat on Baby clothes.If you import baby clothes from America and you have paid tax on them, you can claim the tax back when they leave the country
