Can an employer claim the Welfare to Work Tax if he is also and employee recieving foodstamps?

OK here's the deal. I own my own business, but at the same time I'm considered low-income hence recieving foodstamps. So can I claim the WOTC benefit since I am also my own employee?

You can't claim Welfare to Work benefits for hiring yourself as an employee of your own business.
