Has Anyone Out There Received Their Refund After A 1221 Reference Number Message?


I wanted to know if there is anyone out there that has received the IRS 1221 reference number on the return status page and have received their refund from the IRS since then??? If so how long did it take for it to be sent???

I'm waiting on my refund for the same reason.
Last year was the same thing, too (we file an injured spouse form so it takes longer)

It seems like they told me it would be 4-6 weeks, but it came way faster, like after just a couple weeks.

So, the answer is anywhere between 2 and 6 weeks.
