Can I still claim as qualified relative on 2006 return?

I have been claiming my mother as I qualifying relative (met all test) on our return. She passed away in January of 2006. Can I still claim her on 2006 return.

yes you can. as long as she stayed with you in part of 2006, which I believe she did if she passed away in January 2006.
Yes. A dependent who was either born or died during the tax year is treated as a dependent for the entire year.

My condolences on your loss.
