The first page (says 3) has what's new for 2006. It includes the standard mileage rate for all purposes.

2006 - 44.5 cents per mile
2007 - 48.5 cents per mile
I am assuming that you have a business and will be itemizing your expenses.
Go to the IRS website and you can get all the answers you might need to know.
If you have your own business, you also need a good accountant.
