When will i reiceve my tax return if i filed the long way?

Do you me an file the "long form", a 1040, or file by mail?

The timing to get your refund doesn't depend on which version of 1040 you file. If you efile, requesting direct deposit should get your refund to you in about 9-16 calendar days - getting a check will take an extra week and a half or so.

If you file by mail, direct deposit will take 4-6 weeks, a paper check will take another week or two.
