If you pay no sales tax and you pay exactly $1 for $1 apple, how much did it really cost you? |
(hint) not a dollar!! $ One dollar plus the cost of transportation to get to the apple, the time spent in search of and in purchase of the apple (which some equate to money...time=money), and the water used to clean the apple to ensure the paraffin is removed before eating it. Is this the sort of "extra hidden costs" that you were alluding to? Whatever. Post this junk in the joke or puzzle section, OK? Since I was driving past the store anyway, and I decided to buy the apple before stopping. It cost me about 2 minutes. And $1.00 is too much for 1 apple. |
