Is there a "Federal" organization what investigates "Scam" e-mail that is obviously fraudulent? what is it?


I keep getting e-mails that are scams like not sending an E-Bay item when I do not even belong to E-Bay!

Then I have been getting E-mails saying my check bounced or that My Utility Bill payment is overdue and must be paid on line and all of these e-mails are nothing but scams & BS!

If the federal government investigated all of the scam emails, we'd have to have a much bigger federal government - be careful what you wish for!
